Reserve ahead — it fills up fast. Pazzo is more relaxed, slightly cheaper, Best in Destin award winner, wood-fired pizza worth ordering. The Pappardelle dello Chef with smoked Gouda and truffle oil is the sleeper hit. Fat Clemenza’s is neither — it’s a $10 pizza and a cold beer, and that’s exactly what it should be.
